Chelsey Marie Farnsworth, 22, of Penns Creek entered into rest on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Geisinger Medical Center.
She was born on September 2, 1994 in Altoona, the daughter of Doris Ruth Farnsworth of Penns Creek.
Surviving in addition to her mother are six siblings; Heather Stroup of Sunbury, Josiah R. Farnsworth of Camp Hill, Noah E. Farnsworth of Penns Creek, Kayshawn Farnsworth of Penns Creek, Dashaguana L. Farnsworth of Penns Creek, Kristina G. Farnsworth of Penns Creek, and Brittany Lynn Farnsworth of Selinsgrove.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Mataya R. Farnsworth.
Family and friends are invited to the memorial service at 1 pm on Monday, May 22, 2017 at the Buffalo Valley Church of the Brethren, 46 Brethren Church Rd, Mifflinburg, with Pastor Eric Kauffman, officiating.
