Peg was an accomplished painter, known for her impressionistic style. She was a longtime member of the Susquehanna Art Society and a past member of the Bald Eagle Art League and the Art Association of Harrisburg. While residing in Ohio, she was a longtime member and supporter of the Middletown Fine Arts Center. A frequent exhibitor in local and regional shows, she won many awards for her oil, watercolor, pastel and mixed-media works.

As a charter member of the Mifflinburg Buggy Museum, Peg worked long hours to help get the museum up and running. She and her husband Jack donated a restored buggy to the museum’s collection.
