Etta Nada Bennett Galer

February 12, 1940 — September 17, 2019

Etta Nada Galer, 79, of Port Trevorton entered into rest on September 17, 2019 at Geisinger Medical Center.

She was born on February 12, 1940 in New Columbia, a daughter of the late Arthur "Fuzzy" and Vernice Bennett. On September 3, 1956, she married Charles David Galer, who survives. Together, they shared 63 years of memories.

Etta worked as a meat packer and wrapper for the former Laneco of Coopersburg, for 32 years.

She enjoyed camping and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Surviving in addition to her loving husband are two daughters, Margaret Kirchner of Coopersburg, Brenda K. Campbell of Hereford, one stepdaughter, Wanda Pickett, 10 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren, and many extended family members including, Wanda Eisenhower of Mifflinburg.

She was the last of her many brothers and sisters.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering on at 2 pm on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Adamo's, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg.
