Joleen Anna Hoover

Joleen Anna Hoover, 35, of Montoursville entered in rest on Friday, January 12, 2018 at her residence.

She was born on August 18, 1982 in Williamsport, a daughter of Robert M. Hoover, Jr of Montgomery and Lisa E. Stepp of Arizona.

Joleen graduated from Montgomery High School class of 2002.

Surviving in addition to her parents are one sister, Whitney and and brother-in-law,  Justin Edkin of Montgomery, one brother, Robert Hoover, III of Montgomery, one son, Skylar Young of Watsontown, two daughters, Rocki and Isabella Proust of Mountoursville, maternal grandparents, William and Margaret Stepp of South Williamsport and numerous Aunts and Uncles.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Robert and Alberta Hoover, and an Uncle Ned Hoover.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
