Alice T. Brase

Virginia Beach - Alice Taylor Brase, 97, passed away on November 9, 2023 at her home.

 She was born May 31, 1926, in Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania to Paul and Clara Taylor.

 Alice graduated from Mifflinburg High School in 1943 and worked for AT&T for 23 years until she retired in 1981.

Surviving family is her sister, Linda Sumner and her husband John Sumner; son, Michael W. Britcher, stepsons David L. Pointer, Richard C. Pointer, Jerry Brase and stepdaughters, Deborah McCormack and Nancy Brase, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Alice was predeceased by her brother, John Paul Taylor, sister, Mary Ester Bingaman; husbands, Michael W. Britcher, George M. Pointer and William L. Brase.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 9:30 to 10:00 am on Friday, November 17 at Adamo Funeral Home, 16 E. Walnut Street, Mifflinburg, PA, where a service of remembrance will be held at 10 with her stepson, David L. Pointer officiating.

Interment will follow at Mifflinburg Cemetery.
