Anita H. Ruhl, 92, of 104 Mifflin Place, Mifflinburg entered into rest at 8:04 AM on Friday, March 18, 2016 at her residence.
She was born on September 29, 1923 in Iola, WI, the daughter of the late Hens and Alvilda (Hanson) Halverson. On April 17, 1948, in Iola, WI, she married Oscar R. Ruhl, who preceded her in death.
Anita was a homemaker and worked part time at Mary Koons Store.
She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, where she was an active member in her earlier years.
Anita was an expert pie maker and a proud grandmother.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Greg R. and Nancy Ruhl of Mifflinburg, Kris A. and Carla Ruhl of MIfflinburg, and three grandchildren, Katie Ruhl, Jeff Ruhl, John Ruhl.
She was preceded in death by a brother, and three sisters.
Family and friends are invited to the memorial service at 1 pm on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 417 Market Street, Mifflinburg, with the Rev. Ted Justice, officiating.
Interment will be Hartleton Cemetery.
