  • In Loving Memory of Dale Palmer Kline

  • It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dale Palmer Kline, a devoted
  • father, loving husband, and cherished friend. Dale passed away peacefully at his
  • beloved home and farm on November 2, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love,
  • laughter, and countless cherished memories.

  • Born on October 26, 1953, Dale was the cherished son of Robert and Rachel
  • (Reichenbach) Kline, who preceded him in death. His journey began on a farm in
  • Winfield, PA, where he spent countless hours helping his parents and learning the value
  • of hard work, a trait he carried throughout his life. Dale shared many adventures with his
  • siblings, who loved him dearly.

  • On September 23, 1972, Dale married Lee Ann Koch, embarking on a new chapter
  • filled with love and promise. He pursued a career as an Electrician, earning his degree
  • from Williamsport Area Community College. In 1979, Dale founded his own electrical
  • company, which thrived for over 40 years. Known for his dedication and reliability, Dale’s
  • shirts famously read, “Protecting Nyctophobics (fear of the dark) since 1979.” His
  • promptness and willingness to go the extra mile were well-known in the construction
  • world.

  • Dale was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially those spent in
  • the great outdoors. His love for hunting, canoeing, and camping was infectious, and he
  • often shared these passions with his family and friends, creating bonds that will last a
  • lifetime. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife Lee Ann to the NY Finger Lakes and
  • many other destinations.

  • Dale had a special place in his heart for the family cabins in Toonerville, a sanctuary
  • where he spent many weekends enjoying the tranquility of Penns Creek. Whether it was
  • throwing quoits with family and friends or enjoying the annual corn roast, he found
  • peace and happiness in these moments. The family cabins were not just a place, but a
  • symbol of his love for life and the people he held dear.

  • Dale is survived by his devoted wife, Lee Ann, and their two children: Jeremy C. and
  • Angela (Bakowicz), and Jarrod and Rebekah (Hart). He was a proud grandfather to
  • seven grandchildren: Jasmine, Vaughn, Trent, Grant, Collin, and Julia Kline, and
  • recently welcomed a great-grandchild, Brielle, into the family.

  • He is also survived by his siblings: Gary and Pamela (Parker), Judy Lyon, and Kathy
  • Flynn, sister in laws Shelley Shank and Diane Shiloh, and numerous nieces and
  • nephews who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

  • In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Diabetes
  • Association or the Arthritis Foundation, causes that were close to Dale's heart.

  • Dale’s life was a testament to hard work, love, and the joy of simple pleasures. His
  • legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Rest in peace, Dale. Your spirit and
  • love will be deeply missed.
