Debra Karen Debbie Emis

Debra Karen "Debbie" Emis, 69, of New Berlin entered into rest on Friday, September 29, 2023 at her residence.

Born on March 23, 1954 in Visalia, CA, a daughter of Lewis Emis of Ontario, CA and the late Hildred B. Stockton.

Debbie was a photographer and ran a photographer shop in California for 10 years. She enjoyed playing guitar and playing and singing with a church group in California.

Debbie was a member of the Morningstar Mennonite Church, MIfflinburg. Surviving in addition to her father Lewis, is one sister, Karla Emis, two brothers, Louie (Lori) Emis, Lynn Emis all of Ontario, CA, several nieces and nephews, her friend, Kathleen Ann Chapin of New Berlin; and her son, Alex and his son Alex (Jessica), her daughter, Angela (Jeff) Miller and their children, Anthony, Spencer, Ashley, her sister, Cynde Dingman and her son David Anthony Militello.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 3 to 4 pm on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Morningstar Mennonite Church,1835 Mensch Rd, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be held at 4:30 pm with Israel Wengerd and David Kurtz officiating.

Interment will be in the Morning Star Mennonite Cemetery.
