Dennis E. Susan, 73, of Mifflinburg entered into rest on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Evangelical Community Hospital due to complications of COVID-19.

Born on December 13, 1947 the son of the late Edward Frank Susan and Helen Louise (VonNeida) Susan. On August 20, 1966, in Millmont God's Missionary Church, he married the former Lena Thomas, who survives.

He attended Mifflinburg Area School.

Denny worked as a supervisor at Ritz Craft Homes, Mifflinburg and retired from Creative Plantscapes, Lewisburg. In retirement, he assisted at the Adamo Funeral Home, Mifflinburg,

He was a member of the Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene where he served as an usher, and greeter. Earlier in life, Denny and his wife Lena taught Caravan and a youth Sunday school class.

Denny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and classic cars. He would often be found detailing his cars, or working on John Deere tractors. He was a jack of all trades and a master of a few. He loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren. His family was the joy of his life.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife Lena of 55 years is one daughter and son-in-law, Stacy Denise and Mike Derk of Mifflinburg, their children, Seth and Brad Derk, one son and daughter-in-law, Chadwick Paul and Torie (Renninger) Susan, Mifflinburg, their children, Rosalinda, Radwil, and Lupe, Susan, one sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Robert Stroup of Mifflinburg, four brothers and sisters-in-law, Samuel and Carolyn (Thomas) Susan of Mifflinburg, James and Diane (Hommel) Susan, Penns Creek, Thomas and Drema (Jarrett) Susan of Millmont, Edward and Mary (Neese) Susan of Penns Creek, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends are invited to attend the memorial service to celebrate Denny's life at 11 am on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene, 12 Market Street, Mifflinburg, with Pastor Wayne S. Krell, officiating.

Interment will be private in Harleton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dennis`s memory may be sent to the Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene, Church Mission Fund, 12 Market Street, Mifflinburg Pa, 17844.
