Donald Leitzel Bair, 63, of New Columbia entered into rest at 5:35 pm on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at his residence surrounded by family.
He was born on October 15, 1951 in Williamsport, a son of the late Donald Charles and Ethel May (Leitzel) Bair. On May 14, 1971, in Fredrick, MD he married the former Carol Ann Styers, who survives.
Donald graduated from Warrior Run High School class of 1969. He later attended Williamsport Area Community College, where he studied drafting.
Donald worked in the automotive industry for the most of his life.
Donald was a member of the National Rifle Association.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting Fenton glass, and mowing grass with his “Johnnie”.
Surviving are one son, Donald W. Bair of New Columbia, one sister-in-law, Mary Nickey of Paris, TN.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Ralph Nickey.
Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 1 to 2 pm on Thursday at the Dominick T. Adamo Funeral Home, 247 Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be held at 2, with the Rev. Ricky Phillips, officiating.
Interment will be in Presbyterian Church Cemetery, McEwensville.
