Donald Clayton Fogle

Donald Clayton Fogle, 83, of Lewisburg, finished his earthly race the Lord had set before him and entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Born on June 2, 1942, in Richfield, PA, he was the son of the late Clayton E. and Amanda Grace (Barner) Fogle. He was married to the former Sharon L. (Morrison) Fogle, who survives. Together, they shared 58 years of love and cherished memories.

Don was a hardworking and dedicated man throughout his life. He was engaged in farming and auctioneering earlier in life, and then founded and operated Fogle Forest Products in Lewisburg, which he owned for 41 years and is continued by his son, Kent.

He was a faithful servant to both his community and his Lord. Don served on the Union County Conservation Board and was an active member of Gideons International and vice president of the local camp. He enjoyed speaking and sharing his faith. He was a member of Christ Wesleyan Church, Milton.

Don enjoyed mowing grass, cruising, family gatherings and activities, farming, mission trips, and especially sharing the work and Bible distribution ministry of the Gideons. He and Sharon spent three months on a motorhome trip traveling out West, visiting many places and connecting with people, and for 33 years, he cherished spending winters in Florida. He also enjoyed daily coffee time with friends.

Surviving are his wife, Sharon Fogle; one son, Kent (Cris) Fogle; one daughter, Kimberly (Kevin) Wagner both of Lewisburg; five grandchildren, Derek (Lisa) of Mifflinburg, Jared, Austin (Jasmine), Delaney, and Carley, all of Lewisburg; and five great-grandchildren, Novalee, Marley, Hendrix, Alex, and Ari. He is also survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Sharon Fogle of Lewisburg.

The family will have a private service, with interment in Mazeppa Cemetery.

Family and friends are invited to the visitation from 10 to 11 am on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Christ Wesleyan Church (Davis Chapel), 363 Stamm Road, Milton, PA, where the life celebration service will be held at 11. Following the service will be a time for fellowship.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Donald’s memory may be made to Gideons International and Christ Wesleyan Church.
