Dwight William Byers Jr., 88, of Rebuck, Pa. formerly of Upper Darby, Pa. passed away peacefully Feb. 1, 2024 at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
Dwight was born Nov. 4, 1935 in darby, Pa to the late Dwight and Mary Byers.
He was a very kind and gentle soul and very intelligent man,some have said they thought of him as a genius. He helped out his family,friends and neighbors with his abilities to be able to do most anything he put his mind to do. There are still porches and outside wall's standing strong 60 plus years later that he built or helped build.
Dwight had his own Radio & T.v. Repair service he started up at a very young age and had for many years, were he met many, many friends. But best of all he was a great friend and father and will be deeply missed.
Survived by his 4 children, 2 sons and 2 daughters, Barbara Ralph (Joe), David Byers ( Michele), Edward Byers (Kathy). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents Dwight and Mary M. (Landes) Byers, his oldest son Dwight the 3rd and his sister and brother.
