Eileen Benfer Mohr, 96, formerly of Mifflinburg passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Watsontown Healthcare & Rehabilitation.
She was born on February 09, 1917 in, Jackson Twp. Snyder County, the daughter of the late Paul Percival and Carrie Mae (Beaver) Benfer. She was united in marriage to Clair Vincent Mohr, who passed away on April 8, 2001.
Eileen was a homemaker and assisted her husband on the family farm.
Mrs. Mohr was a member of Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Berlin.
Surviving are one daughter, Patsy J. Wagner of White Deer, one granddaughter, Pamela S. Savage of Hughesville, two great grandchildren, Dalton and Alea.
She was preceded in death by one brother Percival Benfer.
Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 10 to 11 on Friday at the Dominick T. Adamo Funeral Home, 247 Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be held at 11, with the Rev. Andrew S. Fitch, officiating.
Interment will be conducted privately in the New Berlin Cemetery.
