Eli B. Rudisill,91,of Selinsgrove, passed away Monday, Jan15,2024, at Geisinger Medical Center.
Eli was born April 10,1932, in York, a son of the late Walter and Mary(Minnick) Rudisill. On January 12, 2007, he married the former Heather Jean Grounds, who survives.
He was a long time member of American Legion Post 25, VFW Post 6631, and the Selinsgrove Moose.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1950 until his honorable discharge in 1953.
Eli owned the former Shade Mt. Inn and then worked as an owner/operator truck driver.
Surviving in addition to his wife Heather, is his son Eli Jr and his wife Marie, a nephew Barry(Ann) Rudisill ,a niece Ellen(Michael) Stoner of York and a niece Brenda Billet of Ritzville.
He was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Walter, William, Clarence, Amos and Paul and 2 sisters, Edna and Gloria.
Following Eli's wishes, there were no services.
