Fae Esther Foster

Fae Esther Foster, 84, of Mifflinburg entered into rest on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village.

Born on January 2, 1939 in Snyder county, a daughter of the late Paul Kline and Alvera (Krouse) Kline. On May 3, 1969, in Kratzerville at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church she was united in marriage to Brent M. Foster, who survives.

She was a graduate of Selinsgrove High School class of 1957.

Fae worked at various secretarial jobs including at Chef-Boyardee, Milton where she met her husband. She then became a homemaker and later worked part time at Weis in Mifflinburg.

She was a member of the Mifflinburg Church of Nazarene for many years. She enjoyed reading, doing word puzzles, shopping, and spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as attending their sporting events and activities.

Surviving in addition to her loving husband, Brent, are two sons, Chad B. Foster of Washington D.C, Jerel A. Foster of Mifflinburg, one daughter, Janelle A. Foster of Mifflinburg, two grandsons, Joshua and Jarret Foster of Mifflinburg, one brother, Kenneth Kline of Selinsgrove, and one sister, Marguerite Hummel of Mifflinburg.

She was preceded in death by four sisters Grace Ritter, Dorothy Sauers, Arla Kline, Romaine Boop, and one brother, Delbert Kline.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 10 to 11:30 am on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Adamo Funeral Home, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg where the funeral will be held at 11:30 am with Pastor Ken Paulhamus officiating.

Interment will be in Mifflinburg Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Fae's memory may be sent to Christ Wesleyan Church, Barnabas Ministry, 363 Stamm Road, Milton, PA 17847 and/or your local chapter of Alzheimer's Foundation of America.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Buffalo Valley Nursing Home and Hospice of Evangelical for their compassionate care.
