He was born on October 15, 1940 in Mifflinburg, a son of the late Ammon Franklin and Dorothy Myrtle (Montague) Loss.
Franklin attended Mifflinburg Ares Schools.
Surviving is one sister-in-law, Patsy A. Loss of Mifflinburg, two nieces, Doreen Baker of Mifflinburg, Trena Miller of Zion, one nephew, Brian Loss of Elizabeth City, NC, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Albert M. Loss and one sister, Alice Musick.
A memorial service to celebrate Frankie’s life will conducted at 11 am on Wednesday, February, 25, 2015 at the Dominick T. Adamo Funeral Home, 247 Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg, with the Rev. Elizabeth R. Taylor, officiating.
Interment will be conducted privately in Mifflinburg Cemetery.
