Grace Romaine (Brubaker) Speicher, 57, of Middleburg, PA, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, February 6, 2026.
Born on August 19, 1968, at Ephrata Community Hospital, Ephrata, PA, she was the daughter of Earl and Minerva S. (Martin) Brubaker. On May 11, 1991, she married Amos Speicher. Together, they shared 34 years of cherished memories.
Grace’s greatest joy in life was being a devoted wife and a loving mother to her nine children. She had a true gift for hospitality—she loved to cook and often opened her home to others, making everyone feel welcome. Nothing brought a bigger smile to her face than her grandchildren. Even when she could no longer speak, her eyes would light up whenever they walked through the door. Grace’s love for the Lord was evident through her life of service and care for those around her.
She was a faithful member of the Peace Anabaptist Brotherhood.
Grace is survived by her loving husband, Amos Speicher, and her nine children: John Earl (Shana Martin) Speicher; Cloie Rebecca (Arlin Peight); Laura Anne (Jason Peachey); Corina Rose; Kayla Elizabeth; Caden Michael (Melissa Weaver) Speicher; Minerva Joy; Michiah Amos; and Andre Joseph. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Carson, Brooke, Saige, and Alec Speicher; Gianna and Connor Peachey; and Jackson Peight.
Also surviving are her parents, Earl and Minerva Brubaker; three brothers, Kenneth (Karen Diem) Brubaker, David (Rhonda Stauffer) Brubaker, and Joseph (Christine Hurst) Brubaker; and two sisters, Karen (Delbert) Groff and Earla (Joel) Hurst.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing at Shekinah Christian Fellowship, 592 Smith Road, Middleburg, on Monday, February 9, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 10, at 10:00 a.m. at Beavertown God’s Missionary Church, 1693 Creek Road, Middleburg, with the local ministry of Peace Anabaptist Brotherhood officiating.
Burial will follow in Shekinah Christian Fellowship Church Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Dominick T. Adamo Funeral Home, Mifflinburg.
