Kore Mark Yoder, 72, of Lewisburg, entered into rest on January 5, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by his family.
Born on January 2, 1954, in Reedsville, Kore was the son of the late Noah A. Yoder and Amanda (Kurtz) Yoder. On May 3, 1980, he married Miriam H. Yoder (Yoder), who survives. Together, they shared many years of marriage and family life.
Kore was engaged in farming throughout his life, having worked in both dairy and crop farming. Farming was not only his livelihood but also something he truly enjoyed. He especially cherished spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He attended Dairy Mennonite Church, Washingtonville, Pennsylvania.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, Miriam, are his children: Sara and William Brubaker of Due West, South Carolina; Krystal and Michael Siegrist of Lexington, South Carolina; Rosetta and Kevin Stoltzfus of Sarasota, Florida; and Lorin and Cassandra Yoder of Lewisburg; six grandchildren, Savannah, Mason, Oliver, Madison, Taylor, and Tristan; two sisters, Alta and Samuel Mullet of Sugarcreek, Ohio, and Martha and David Troyer of Mifflinburg.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest Yoder and Ervin Yoder.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Buffalo Community Church, 4445 Hoffa Mill Road, Lewisburg, PA.
A funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the church, with Pastor Doug Groff of Dairy Mennonite Church officiating, followed by interment in the adjoining church cemetery.
