Linda L. Gower

Linda L. Gower, 79, of Lewisburg, entered into rest on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village.

Born on December 16, 1946, in Lewisburg, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas Gower Jr. and Eleanor (Stahl) Gower.

Linda was employed for many years at the Milton Shoe Factory and later at the Days Inn in Lewisburg, where she worked until her retirement. She was known for her strong work ethic and dedication.

Linda had a deep love for cooking and baking and found great joy in sharing meals with family and friends. She also enjoyed walking with her friends and treasured the time spent in their company.

She is survived by her children, Brian (Desiree) Gower of Enola, Anthony Gower of Bloomsburg, Corey Gower, siblings, Nicholas Gower III, Grace Wagner, Teresa Ernest, Ronald Gower, Richard Gower, Ruth Sharr, Shirley Reichard, and June Haines; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her siblings, Robert Gower, Nancy Gower, and Donald Gower, and by her nephew, James Gower.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
