Maddison Faye Herbster

Maddison Faye Herbster, infant, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest on April 23, 2026, at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital.

She was born on February 7, 2026, in Danville, a beloved daughter of Tyler and Megan A. Herbster. Though her time here was brief, Maddison filled her family’s hearts with love that will last forever.

In addition to her parents, Maddison is survived by her siblings, Kendra, Kyron, Mckenzy, Macie, and Sophie; her maternal grandmother, Rosalie Starks of Mifflinburg; maternal grandparents, Brian and Teresa Troutman of Mifflinburg; paternal grandparents, Glen and Betty Houtz of Beaver Springs, Sylvia Herbster and Ron Strawser of Middleburg, and Steven and Lorraine Herbster of Beavertown.

Also surviving are her aunts and uncles, Brittany and Joshua Teichman of Millmont, Nicholas and Samantha Herbster of Beavertown, Morgan and Connor Laudenslager of Kreamer, and James Starks, along with Steve and Crystal Starks of Mifflinburg.

Maddison was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Richard Herbster; her maternal grandfather, James Starks; and her great-grandparents, Robert and Maryann Troutman, and Edith and Arthur Kreps.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 2:00 to 3:00 PM on Wednesday at Paxtonville Church, 1281 Paxton St, Paxtonville. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM with the Rev. Ryan Krauss officiating.

Interment will be in the Glendale Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Maddison’s memory may be made to the family.
