Richard Allen Wise, 58, of Ebensburg entered into rest at 07:19 PM on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
He was born on January 27, 1960 in Altoona, a son of the late William Wise and Patty Lou (Dodson).
He was a resident of the Ebensburg Center State Hospital for many years.
Surviving are one cousin, Linda Lyons Cooper of Mifflinburg, and one uncle, Carl Dodson of Altoona .
Services will be conducted privately by the family.
