Robert C. Spickler

Robert C. Spickler, 83, of Mifflinburg went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center. 

Born on December 26, 1940 in Mifflinburg, the son of the late Benjamin E. and Nora M. (Dersham) Spickler. On December 30, 1961, he married the former Sheri C. Moyer, who survives. His passing breaks a marital union of 62 years. 

He was a graduate of Mifflinburg High School class of 1958. Bob had worked for Colonial Products, Mifflinburg, Avco Corporation, Williamsport, Manbeck Motors, Mifflinburg, Limestone Township, Union County, and Meckley's Limestone Products, Paxtonville.

 Surviving are in addition to his loving wife, Sheri, is a son and daughter-in-law, Timothy R. and Kirsten Spickler of Elyria, OH, two daughters and one son-in-law, Christina L. (Spickler) and Kenneth Spigelmyer of McClure, PA, Amy R. (Spickler) Thompson of Metamora, IL , 10 grandchildren and their spouses, Ethan and Kasey Spickler of Ashland, OH, Mikayla and Eric of Lawson of Amherst, OH, Bethanie Spickler of South Amherst, OH, Laura Miller and fiance, Robert Gearhart, Kendra and John Hagans, Kent Spigelmyer, Joel Spigelmyer, Cade Thompson, Caris Thompson, Alec Thompson, 7 great grandchildren, Blaine Hartley, Ellie Miller, Mark Miller, Christopher Spickler, Gwenivere Spickler, Claire Lawson, and William Gearhart. 

He was preceded in death by 8 siblings, Earl Spickler, Myrtle Reichenbach, David Spickler, Leroy Spickler, Dorothy Moyer, Julia Hoffman, Janet Tomas, Rose Boyer. 

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 6 - 8 pm on Friday, June 21, 2024 and on Saturday from 1 - 2 pm at Adamo Funeral Home, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be held at 2 pm with Pastor Tom W. Krampert officiating. 

Interment will be in the Mifflinburg Cemetery.
