Russell Arlen Witmer Jr., 65, of Middleburg, entered into rest surrounded by family at his home on December 10, 2025.
Born on May 13, 1960, in Sunbury, a son of the late Russell Arlen Witmer, Sr, and Eleanor Catherine Shaffer Witmer. On June 26, 1999, he married the former Samantha L. Valentine, who survives.
Russell enjoyed collecting tin toys, the outdoors, and having cookouts with family.
In addition to his wife, Samantha, are two children, Holly Witmer of Middleburg and Benjamin Witmer of Northumberland; four grandchildren, Rivers, Zao, Stella, and Emerson; sister and brother-in-law, Carlynn and Mark Beaver of Selinsgrove; brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Lisa Witmer of Selinsgrove.
A life celebration will be held at a later date.
