Sean David Beers, 53, of Lewisburg, unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at his residence.
Sean loved his daughters, Taryn and Katelyn, more than anything in the world. He lived out the true meaning of fatherhood through his unwavering commitment to his girls, and his love for them was evident in all that he did.
Born on March 1, 1973, in Carbondale, Illinois, he was the son of Diane (Nogueira) Beers of Lewisburg and Brian Lee Beers and his wife, Louise, of Salisbury, Maryland.
Sean was a graduate of Radford University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He worked as an accountant in corporate finance and was known for his dedication and professionalism.
Sean enjoyed attending his daughters’ sporting events, biking, hiking, cooking, and entertaining. He was fearless and sensitive at the same time, a combination that made him uniquely genuine. Those who knew him will remember his strong and often surprising sense of humor. Above all, his love for his family was plain to see by anyone who met him.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his daughters, Taryn Beers and Katelyn Beers; his brother and sister-in-law, Lee H. and Mary Beers of North Carolina; a nephew, Oscar Beers; a niece, Lucia Beers; and his former wife, Camille Beers.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering and life celebration on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Dominick T. Adamo Funeral Home, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
