Virginia Helen Catherman, 82, of 245 North Eight Street, Watsontown, formerly of Milton passed away in the early evening on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Watsontown Health and Rehab.
She was born on September 03, 1929 in Muncy, a daughter of the late Adam J. Hamilton and Estella Fay (Walker) Hamilton Hoagland.
Virginia worked at the former Laurelton Village in the housekeeping department.
She enjoyed spending time with family, watching TV, and doing crafts.
She is survived by three sons and one daughter-in-law, Henry J. James and companion Carol Kerstetter of Milton, Miller J. (Shep) and Carrie E. Catherman of Lewisburg, Samuel A.Catherman and companion Pam S. Ross of Mifflinburg, two daughters, Peggy A. Musser of Freeburg, Barbara L. Reed and companion Scott D. Mowery of Watsontown, one sister, Esther C. Follmer of Dauphin, PA, 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are two husband; Charles H. James, Miller L. Catherman, one brother; Robert Lee Hamilton in infancy.
Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Tuesday at the Schwartz-Adamo Funeral Home, 247 Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg. The funeral will follow at 10 AM, with Retired Pastor John E. Lee, officiating.
Interment will be in the Hartleton Cemetery.
