Vivian Yvonne Matthews, 89, of Middleburg, entered into rest on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at her residence.
Born on August 2, 1937, in Asheville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late John Marlin Jordan and Ruby Blanche Jordan. On October 14, 1983, she married Dean N. Matthews, who preceded her in death on June 26, 2015. Together, they shared nearly 43 years of marriage.
Vivian was a graduate of Enka High School.
Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Friday in the Church of God in Christ Mennonite Cemetery, 1875 Mensch Road, Mifflinburg, with [officiant] officiating.
