Betty Lucille Kratzer-Keister, 89, of Mifflinburg entered into rest on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the residence of her daughter, Linda Sholter.

Born on September 5, 1931 in MIddleburg, the daughter of the late Isaac and Ida Mae Bingaman. In 1948 she married Harold Earl Keister, who preceded her in death.

Betty was a former member of the Zion United Methodist Church.

Betty was a homemaker.

Betty enjoyed walking, doing crossword puzzles, reminiscing and spending time with family, and adoring her grandchildren. She was a kind and gentle soul who had a very strong faith.

Surviving are two daughters, Linda and George Sholter of Weikert, Robin Keister-McCann and Patrick McCann of New Cumberland, son, David Keister of Mifflinburg, Roger and Betty Keister of Forest Hill, six grandchildren, Ricky and Tina Sholter of Selinsgrove, Rodney and Tracy Sholter of Selinsgrove, Nicole Kratzer and Chris Lovell of Harrisburg, Roger Keister, Jr of Mifflinburg, Melody Keister of White Springs, Chad Keister and family of North Carolina, three great grandchildren, Josh and Karla Frank of Selinsgrove, Jacob Sholter of Mifflinburg, Adeline Kratzer of New Cumberland, one great great grandson, Jackson Frank and one daughter-in-law, Tena Keister of Mifflinburg. Also,surviving are several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Stanford Keister, five brothers, Ray Bingaman, Kenneth Bingaman, Derwin Bingaman, Dale Bingaman, Milo Bingaman, three sisters, Loretta Weaver, Charlotte Brought, Hazel Kratzer.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 1 to 2 pm on Monday, April, 12, 2021 at Adamo Funeral Home, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be held at 2 pm with Rev. Alice Rauch, officatiing.

Interment will be in the Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty`s memory may be sent to Hospice of Evangelical,235 Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
